Shipping Policy
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
GIA's Swag Boutique has many partners and warehouses in various different countries. We aim to ship from the warehouse closest to the country of your order.
We offer international shipping options - no matter where you are, you can buy from us!
Because we ship directly from warehouses, your item may take 2-5 weeks to arrive. Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately, it's on its way (please email us for tracking). Delivery delays can occasionally occur, we do not guarantee shipping times.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
GIA's Swag Boutique in not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
If a package is returned to us due unpaid customs, taxes or return to sender, we will refund the cost of the product.
If you're buying from outside of the U.S. your country's customs department may decide to hold your items at the border temporarily, often without explanation! This is relatively rare, but if your order is held up in customs, we suggest calling your country's customs department directly and ask that they release your items immediately. If for some reason your order is never released by customs, we'll send you a replacement!
Damages
If you receive damaged merchandise, please take a picture and email us on Giasswaggboutique@gmail.com right away. We will only replace damaged goods within 24 hours of a "Delivered" status.
